Anchovy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
2 cans anchovies1 can crushed tomatoes3 tsp olive oil3 tsp sugars3 tsp minced garlic1/2 one medium onion6 brown mushroomsPepperSaltRed Pepper FlakesParsleyBasical
Directions
Sautee the garlic in olive oil
Add onions and mushrooms, sautee until soft

Add anchovies and sautee stirring 5 minutes

Add can of tomatoes and let come to a boil 10 min

Adjust seasonings and let cook covered 20 min
