Hamburger patty

Ingredients
800 grams Extra lean ground beef12 Ritz Chips (any flavor crushed)4 tbsp egg beaters1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix1tbsp BBQ sauce brushed on while cooking1 slice fat free cheese per burgerwhole wheat bun
Directions
Preheat BBQ to 375 or medium heat.
Makes 7 4oz burgers... mix first four ingredients and shape into 4oz patties

Melt cheese on burgers in the last few minutes of cooking.

Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and desired condiments. Keep in mind that these things will add calories to your burger.
