Approx. 1/2 cup mango, cubedApprox. 1/2 cup tomato, cubed1 tbsp. cilantroJuice from 1/2 lemonApprox. 1/2 tsp. chipotle paste (see note)
Directions
Cube the tomato and mango. Add the chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and chipotle paste. Stir to coat evenly.
