8 Won Ton Wraps (about 3" squares)2 Ounces Skinless Chicken Breast, chopped fine1 Ounce Fat Free Cream Cheese1 Medium Scallion, chopped1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (or to taste)1 dash black pepper
Mix chicken, cream cheese, scallion, salt and peppers. Place a good amount in the center of each won ton wrapper. Use your finger dipped in water to moisten the edges of the wrapper, fold over filling to make a triangle and seal. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Place filled & sealed won tons on sheet, spray tops lightly with nonstick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown (watch them close, the edges get dark very fast).
