16 rice wraps1 cup thinly julienned cucumber16 basil leaves1 cup thinly julienned carrots32 large shrimp200 grams rice vermicelli
Directions
cook vermicelli and rinse under cool water.

soak rice wraps. Lay basil leaf, noodles, fillings and shrimp and roll up. Serve with hoisin or peanut sauce
