Rhubarb Custard

Ingredients
4 cups diced Rhubarb1/4 t cinnamon1 1/2 cups sugar3 T flour3 eggs
Directions
In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add Rhubarb and eggs. Stir and pour into 8 ramikin or custard dishes. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.

I use rice flour to make mine gluten free.
