Clubhouse Sandwich

Ingredients
3 slices reduced calorie w.w. bread, toasted2 slices bacon, cooked crisp.1 medium lettuce leaf2 or 3 thin slices of ripe tomato1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise2 oz pre-cooked chicken breast, no skin
Directions
Cook bacon, pat off fat with paper towel, set aside.
Toast bread, on first slice place tomato, bacon and lettuce. Then all 2nd slice of toast. Last, spread mayo on toast and all 2 oz pre-cooked chicken then last slice of toast. Makes 1 triple decker sandwich. Slice sandwich in 3 or 4 wedges. Enjoy
