Garlicky Glaze for Chicken

Ingredients
1 large yellow onion, roughly chopped1/2 cup Dijon mustard1/2 cup rice wine vinegar1/2 cup soy sauce6 large garlic cloves2 tablespoons dark sesame oil2 tablespoons brown sugar2 teaspoons lemon zest2 tablespoons lemon juice1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth. Marinade chicken for 4 to 6 hours.
