*Flour, white, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp *Canola Oil, 3 1tsp Egg, fresh, 2 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Milk, 1%, 1.25 cup
Mix all dry ingrediants together
slightly wisk eggs, mix with vanilla, milk and oil
pour into dry ingrediants, stir together but don't over mix
cook on hot griddle, use about .25 cup for each pancake
