Low Fat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 C All purpose flour1C Whole Wheat flour1/3C sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp salt1/2 C low fat buttermilk1/3 C applesauce1 egg3 overripe bananas, mashed
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. Line 12 muffin tins with paper muffin cups or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Sift dry ingredients together.
4. Add all liquid ingredients; mix.(don't over mix)
5. Fill muffins tins 3/4 full.
6. Bake in pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes.
