1.5 cups almonds.5 cups tahini3 T honey1 t vanilla1 T plus 1 t carob powder
Process almonds in food processor until finely ground. Add tahini, honey, and vanilla. Process until mixed. Take out and reserve half of mixture. Add carob and process. Press out the plain mixture on a pan or plate until 1/4 inch thick. Form the carob mixture into a ball, press out on top of plain mixture. Chill for an hour. Cut into bite size peices and form into balls.
