Ingredients
1 package Club House Slow Cooker Italian Herb Chicken Mix2lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 4 breast)1/2 lb (6 large) mushrooms, sliced1 can (28 fl oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes1 can (5.5 fl oz/156 ml) tomato paste
Directions
Place chicken and mushrooms in slow cooker.
combine mix, diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Pour over chicken and mushrooms,
Cover and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Stir before serving
Serve over pasta, potatoes or shred chicken for sandwiches.
