Ingredients
1 c frozen mixed berries1/2 c frozen blueberries1 Tbl soy protien1 cup spinach1 container yogurt-any flavor or plaingreen tea
Directions
put all frozen berries in blender with yogurt. Blend, add tea to get right consistancy. add protien powder and spinach. Enjoy!
