Ingredients
* 2 cans of tuna (in water), drained* 1/2 cup of sliced sweet red pepper* 1/4 cup of sliced onions* 1/2 cup of halved green olives* 1 tbsp of olive oil* 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
Directions
Simply mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve on whole wheat bread or pita with lettuce (optional). This recipe makes the filling for four sandwiches.
