ground turkey white bean chili

4 tsp olive oil2 tbsp garlic minced1lb ground turkey breastsalt pepper1 large onion chopped1 large red pepper chopped2 jalapenos2 tsp cumin1 can 140z diced tom/plain or chili flavored1 14 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1. heat olive oil in a dutch oven or skillet over med high heat
2. add ground turkey & season with salt pepper
3. cook until browned, stirring to break up
4. add chopped onion, pepper, jalapeno & cook till onion is soft about 3 min
5. stir in cumin and tomatoes cook for 2 more minutes
6. add cannellini beans,& the broth, bring to a boil
7. reduce heat and simmer till thicker about 20 min.
8. ladle in to bowls and serve with reduced fat shredded cheese and fat free sour cream.
