2 chicken breasts, cut into strips1 onion, choppedCrimini mushrooms (about 8)2 stalks celery, chopped1 tsp sesame oil for cooking1 Tbs soy1 tsp thyme
Heat the oil, add the veggies. Let the chicken sit for a few minutes until the whole base is white.
Add soy and thyme when half way cooked. Stir fry.
Eat!!!
