Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients
14 oz raw shrimp, thawed1 T Mrs. Dash Southwest Seasoning1 T. Caribbean Jerk Seasoning1 t. Cayenne Pepper1/2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
In a large ziploc bag (ones with the zipper work best) combine all of the ingredients.

Preheat a medium sized sauce pan to medium high. Put in half the shrimp. Cook until starting the outsides start to brown, stirring occassionally. Put the cooked shrimp in a container, and cover to keep warm. Cook the other half of the shrimp in the same manner.

Serve over brown rice.
Makes 3 HOT servings!
