Lexi's Rice Salad

Ingredients
2.5 c rice1 pack frozen spinach3 handfulls bean sprouts1 chopped pepper2 green onions6 celery stalks1/2 c soy1/4c oil4 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
Cook the rice. Cool.
Add thawed spinach, chopped veggies.
Whisk oil, soy and garlic.
Toss to coat. Leave over night so the flavours soak in and serve.
