8 oz - fresh mushrooms8 oz - cherry tomatoes1 zucchini, sliced1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spread1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp italian seasoning1/8 tsp garlic powder pepper to taste
1. Place all veggies on a large piece of heavy-duty foil (18 in square) and mix all the seasonings & butter on them (you can slice the mushrooms and tomatoes if desired). You can also add some slices or cubes of red potatoes if you wish.
2. Fold up the sides of the foil to encase the veggies and place them on the grill for about 15-20 minutes over medium-high heat.
3. Enjoy!
