Tomato Chutney Cauliflower w/ Carrots

Ingredients
4c sliced carrots2 med onions sliced8 c (two med heads) cauliflower cut in bite sized pieces1.5c tomato sauce1c tomato chutney1t salt3T extra virgin olive oil
Directions
prep the veggies
add olive oil to large heavy pan - heat
add cauliflower - allow to brown; stir occasionally
add onions - stir, do not allow to burn
add salt
add carrots - stir
add tomato sauce and chutney
put on lid and simmer until carrots reach desired consistency
