Ingredients
* Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) * Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) * *Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted, 2 piece, cooked, excluding refuse * *Sliced White Potatoes in Can, 2 cup
Directions
place all ingredients in a roaster with 1 cup water add salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Cook on 325 for 3 hours
