Chinese Veggie Rice

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil2 small onions chopped1/2 red pepper chopped1.5 cups fresh broccoli chopped2 cups cooked rice1/5 Tbsp Soy sauceWater to moistenChinese spices to taste
Directions
Put olive oil in large frying pan, add onions, sook until light brown, add peppers, cook until soft, add broccoli, cook for 1 minute, add cooked rice and stir in chinese spices, pepper and a little water to steam the veggies. Drixxle with the soy sauce and heat until done. Enjoy! Makes 6 1.5 cups servings.
