Breaded Ocean Perch

1 bag frozen ocean perch (about 16 oz)4 tbsps (about 1/4 cup) bread crumbs4 tbsps Parmesan cheese2 tbsps basil2 tbsps parsley, dried2 egg whites from large eggs1 tsp paprika
Mix all dry ingredients.
Seperate egg whites from yolk. (You can save yolk for breakfast the next day.)
Heat olive oil in pan.
Dip fish in egg whites, then toss in dry ingredients. Place in pan.
Cook each piece of perch for 3 - 5 minutes.
