Chicken Black Bean Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper large )Red Ripe Tomatoes, 15 cherry Garlic, 3 tsp Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup, Tortilla Chips, 1.5 oz
Directions
Take the peppers and tomatos and cut them up in small pieces. Put the garlic and cut up vegetable in a big sauce pan with the extra virgin olive oil. Add the black beans. Saute for about 10 min. Add vegetable broth and grilled chicken. Bring all of it to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 10 more minutes. Serves 3. Eat with the tortilla chips
