Very Veggie beef stew

Ingredients
I used mostly fresh veggies and only used canned tomato paste, diced tomato and corn. I also like chunkier veggies but you can cut them to your liking.
Directions
First start a pot of boiling water, then add in all of your veggies, seasonings and canned items and reduce to medium heat. Next cube and brown your sirloin, once your sirloin is prepared you then add the beef to your pot of simmering veggies and give about 35 minutes until done.
