Ingredients
3 lbs Ground Beef 93% Lean, 2.5 cups prepared Mashed Potatoes1 - 10 oz pkg Mixed Vegetables, frozen2 cans Beef Gravy1 large Onions raw, chopped
Directions
brown ground beef in saute pan, just before done add chopped onions cook until onions are soft. prepare mashed potato while ground beef is cooking. remove ground beef from heat and drain excess oil. in a medium size casserole pan (long) place ground beef mixture on bottom, layer vegetables over top and then potatos. top with a bit of paprika and bake in oven at 350 for approximately 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are slightly browned. serve with heated gravy
