Four Fruit Compote

Ingredients
1 Can (20 oz) Pineapple Chunks1/2 Cup Sugar2 Tbsp. Cornstarch1/3 Cup Orange Juice1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice1 Can (11 oz) Mandarin Oranges, drained3 Apples unpeeled3 Bananas, sliced
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup of juice. In small pan combine sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice and lemon juice heat on medium heat and stir until thickened (pudding consistency). Remove from heat an set aside. In a large bowl put pineapple chunks, apples, oranges and bananas. Pour warm sauce over the fruit. Stir gently to coat. Cover and Refrigerate.
