Chicken Walnut Apple Salad

Ingredients
Garlic powder, 0.50 tsp Salt, 1 dashOlive Oil, 0.25 1tsp Olive Oil, 0.25 1tsp Chicken Breast, no skin, breast, bone and skin removed , 3 ouncesApples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shreddedWalnuts, 0.13 cup, choppedbalsamic vinegar, .33 tablespoon
Directions
Microwave cook chicken with .25 tsp oil, salt and granulated garlic. Cook 2 minutes on 100% power (high) and then 2 minutes on 50% (medium) power. Repeat until completely cooked.

Toss salad ingredients together and enjoy!
