Too much butter, too much salt for the number of servings. Way too many calories. Could be reduced a bit with lowfat cheese and less butter. - 2/10/09

    Two concerns:
    1) how much flour?
    2) 3+ ounces of butter for three servings??? Way too much fat. - 3/27/07
