1/2 whole wheat tortilla1.5 Tbsp apricot preserves2 oz chicken breast, cooked and shredded1 oz low-fat mozza cheese, shreddedLemon Pepper
Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and place tortilla on foil. Spread preserves on tortilla and top with chicken and cheese. Season with lemon pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 14 minutes and broil for 1 minute or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is browned.
