Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
One banana2 cups of berries - anyOne single serving yogurt of your choice.1 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice - more or less to sweetness taste.
Directions
1. Peel and slice banana.
2. Put everything in blender.
3. Blend away.

Makes 2 medium sized smoothies or one really big one.

Can also freeze for later. mmmm....berry pops.
