Chickpea and Tomatoe Salad

1 can of chick peas1 can of whole tomatoes.5 onions
To start chop up half an onion and the whole canned tomates.
Put 2 TBSP of olive oil in a medium sause pan and turn on a medium heat. Add the onion and tomatoes and saute until onions are lightly browned.
While the tomatoes and onions are cooking put the chickpeas in a bowl and microwave for a minute and thirty secs.
Add the chickpeas to the saucepan and let them simmer. The longer the chickpeas are in cooking with the tomatoes and onions the move flavor they will absorb.
Just test the chickpeas every few mnutes because you don't want them to over cook and get mushy.
