Braised Cabbage

Ingredients
4 c. shredded red cabbage1 sm. chopped or shredded onion1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper1 Tbsp. salt1 tbsp. olive oil1 clove chopped garlic1/2 c. water
Directions
Put olive oil in bottom of favorite skillet add cabbage, onion, cayenne pepper, salt, and garlic (make sure you add garlic last so it doesn't burn). Cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes add the water stir put on lid and let steam for 5 more minutes. It's just delicious.
