Mollie's Healthier Chili Verde

Ingredients
8 oz Pork Tenderloin, boil and shred4 tsp Olive Oil 6 tsp Whole Wheat Flour1/2 C. Hot Chili Peppers, chopped or diced 3 cloves Garlic2 C. Water2 tsp Salt
Directions
Boil and shred the Pork.
Put Oil in lg skillet, add the flour, fry until chocolate brown. Slowly add water a little at a time until the right consistency (gravy)
Prepare the chili with garlic and salt and add to the pork gravy.
simmer for 15-20 minutes
