Homemade Salsa and Nachos

jalapenoanaheim chile1/2 med onion1 tsp roasted garlic4-5 beefsteak tomatoespepper to tastesalt to tastecheddar cheesetostitos tortilla chips
Cut tomatoes into chunks that the blender can handle. Place in blender, puree until all the tomatoes are liquefied or if you like chunky, until it is the consistency you like. Add onion, chile, and spices, blend thoroughly.
On individual plates, place a serving of tortilla chips, cover with a generous amount of salsa, then an ounce of shredded cheddar cheese. Microwave until each plate's cheese is thoroughly melted. Serve.
You can change the cheese around or add meat, canned chicken works well. Experiment!
