Ingredients
I used peppers and onions to add to 1/2 cup but you could use shredded carrots, broccoli, spinach kale or any vegetable for that matter!
Directions
This makes one serving. I also eat 2 - 35 calorie slices of bread with no sugar jam. This fills the void and the carbohydrates are still within limits (totals about 22 carbohydrates all together)!
