Tuna Salad Pitas

1 large can chunk light tuna in water (12 oz), well drainedabout 3 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise1/3 cup chopped diced celery 1 tsp celery seed or celery salt3 whole-wheat pitas, cut in half1 1/2-2 cups iceberg lettuce6 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, celery and celery seed or salt. If the mixture is too "dry", add in a bit more mayo, one teaspoon at a time.
Put some lettuce, one sliced cherry tomato, and about 1/4 cup of the tuna mixture into each pita.
Serves 6.
