Angel Macaroon Cookie

Ingredients
1 Angel Food Cake Mix2 cups Shredded Coconut1/2 cup water1 & 1/2 tsp almond extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper (very important).

Mix cake mix, water and almond extract. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase to medium speed for 1 minute. Fold in the coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lined sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire racks. Makes about 36 cookies.
