Ugali and Sukuma wiki

Ingredients
2 slices bacon1TBSP olive oil10 oz Spinach3 Cups cut up collard greens1 onion1 Cup white cornmealwater
Directions
Cut up bacon and cook it in the olive oil. Add onions and saute till tender. Add collard greens and cook for about a minute. Add spinach and cook till wilted. Add cilantro, cook for another minute.

Serve with cornmeal (ugali)
