- Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
Directions
100 gram fresh spinach (this is what I have jused, but afterwards I realised it would be better if I jused more, so I advise to use more)2 medium tomatoes sliced2 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlicbouillion (just a little, I jused a little bit water with 1/4 bouillon cube)400 gram white fishsaltcuminpaprika powdercayenne peper powder or chili powderooh ofcourse you might use another name for bouillon, this is an european name I think, in American its called stock, right? On translateion site I found this word: broth...?
Wash the spinach and chop. Slice the tomatoes, press the garlic and wash the fish.
Then prepare a dressing by combining in a small bowl: olive oil, garlic, salt, cumin powder, paprika powder and cayenne/ chili powder.
Place the chopped spinach on the bodem of the dish, then nicly arrange the sliced tomatoes. Rubb about 1or 2 tsp of the dressing on the fish and place on top of tomatoes in the middle of the dish. Then pour the remaining dressing on the spinach and at last the bouillon/ stock.
Place in the oven and let cook until done... thats about 30/ 45 min.
