Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 cup dry lentils 6 cups water 1 cup sliced carrrots 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cups canned tomatoes 1 cup cooked brown rice 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1 1/2 salt sense dash pepper 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
Directions
Cook lentils in water for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are done.

NOTE: You can put all in crockpot except rice. Cook on low about eight hours. Toward end of cooking time, add the cooked rice and heat through.
