California Club Roll Sandwiches

1 can of chunk chicken2.5 tbsp (more or less.... to taste) of Light Mayo1 tbsp Bacon Bits1 Avocado, cubed1 can Pillsbury Crescent rolls... grands work better :)1/2 c cheddar cheese shreddedParsley, salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350
Take the chicken, drain it, and mix it in with the light mayo, bacon bits, avocado, parsley, salt and pepper. Open the crescent rolls and unroll them, take each one and scoop a large spoonful of the chicken mixture in the middle and roll the crescent roll's tip down to the fat side covering the chicken salad. arrange these on wax paper on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese on top. put in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, taking them out when the crescent rolls turn a golden brown. cool and serve!
