Sweet and Spicy Potato Salad

Ingredients
3# potatoes - cooked, cooled, and quartered 4 eggs - hard-boiled, cooled, shelled, and chopped½ C green bell pepper, chopped fine½ C carrot, chopped fine½ C radish, chopped fine½ C celery, chopped fine½ C dill relish3 tsp pimento½ C mayonnaise¼ C red French dressing2 tsp spicy brown mustard½ tsp dry mustard¼ tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt½ tsp black pepper
Directions
Place in large mixing bowl:

Potatoes
Eggs

Mix the following and toss together with potatoes and eggs:

Green bell pepper
Carrot
Radish
Celery
Dill relish
Pimento

Combine the following until smooth and creamy and then fold into the potato mixture:

Mayonnaise
Red French dressing
Spicy brown mustard
Dry mustard
Lawry’s seasoned salt
Black pepper

Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving. Garnish with a generous sprinkling of paprika.
