MAIN:1 medium purple cabbage - shredded2 cups of carrots - shredded or strips (cook's choice)1 serving of dried cranberries4 tbsp bacon bitsLAST MINUTE:1/2 cup low fat feta - crumbledDRESSING:1/2 cup Low fat sesame soy ginger salad dressingSalt and Pepper
Directions
Toss together main ingredients and dressing. Salt and pepper to taste and stir in crumbled feta just before serving.
