Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour1 c skim milk1 egg2 t baking powder1/4 t salt1 t of Splenda1/4 c wheat germ
Directions
Mix ingredients till blended. Cook on griddle or pan coated in nonstick spray. Makes 6-8 pancakes. Great with pb for a great bfast or BFL meal.
