4 altantic pollock fillets1 ripe tomatoe or small can diced1 cup mozzarell cheese, shreddedgarlic powder to taste
Bake at 350 degrees on foil line pan.
Place frozen fillets on foil. Top with sliced tomatoe or diced canned tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese and garlic powder to taste.
Bake about 15 mins. or until fish flakes with fork.
1 serving equals one fillet.
