Ingredients
Chicken, pasta, vegetables, olives, feta cheese
Directions
Cut one whole chicken breast into bite-size pieces and saute in olive oil. When the chicken is almost done, add broccoli and asparagus (or any other vegetable that you want to be cooked). When the vegetables are tender, add carrot, tomato, red onion, red pepper and olives. Stir until all the vegetables are warm. Plate the dish and garnish with 1 oz. of crumbled feta cheese. Makes amazing leftovers.
