Ingredients
1 cup quinoa cooked 4 tsp lime juice15 oz can black beans 15 oz can petite diced tomatoes drained1 cup bell pepper any color2 tsp minced hot chili pepper2 T scallions marsala garam 2 tsp or other spices to tasteparsely chopped to taste
Directions
Combine vegetables and spices toss in cooked Quinoa. Leave to mingle flavors . I liked chilled but think it would be good warm too. Prepare all while cooking quinia for very fast recipe.
