Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup diced Potato, raw 1 dash Salt 1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil Additional salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Add the oil and heat. Put in the potatoes; sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Fry over medium high heat until nicely browned and potatoes are cooked through. Turn often and turn down heat if they are browning too fast.
