Black Eyed Pea Salad

Ingredients
2 cans black eyed peas, drained1 can whole kernal corn, drained1 can Rotel1 c. chopped red bell pepper1 c. chopped green bell pepper1 chopped jalepeno pepper1/2 c. chopped red onion1 lg jar pimentosDressing:1/2 c. red wine vinegar1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar1 tsp salt1/2 tsp blk pepper1 Tbsp Dijon mustard1/4 tsp sugar1/2 c. olive oil1/2 c. vegetable oil(Mix all veggies in bowl. Mix dressing in a jar and pour over veggies. Let chill in refrigerator until served.)
